Our pricing is usage-based and automatic. Your rate is determined by your organization's total monthly message volume across all accounts. You'll automatically fall into the corresponding tier based on this volume. Higher volume means lower per-message rates, and tiers are calculated monthly.
Not at all. Your tier is determined by your monthly usage, so it can change month to month. If you send fewer messages one month, you'll pay the rate for that volume. There are no commitments or lock-ins.
SMS messages (≤ 320 characters) are billed per segment: 1 segment for up to 160 characters, 2 segments for 161-320 characters. MMS messages (> 320 characters or containing media like images or videos) are billed as 1 message regardless of length. Our platform handles this automatically, and you're only charged for what you send.
