These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-driven sentiment analysis services provided by PubSent ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you ("user," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

PubSent provides a platform enabling users to gauge public sentiment through automated conversational texting powered by artificial intelligence. Users upload voter contact lists and related reference materials and receive actionable insights through generated reports.

User Obligations

• You confirm you have lawful rights and permissions to upload and use all contact data provided.

• You agree not to use our service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations, including campaign finance, electioneering, privacy, and telecommunication laws.

• You agree not to attempt to interfere with or disrupt the functionality of our platform.

  
  

Data Usage

We hereby expressly agree and warrant that we shall never share, distribute, disclose, sell, or otherwise make available any data uploaded by users without obtaining explicit written consent from the user who originally uploaded such data. All user-uploaded data shall be stored, maintained, and handled in full compliance with applicable federal regulations governing the privacy, security, and handling of sensitive user information. Furthermore, users retain the right, at any point, to request via email that we remove, delete, or otherwise destroy any or all data they have previously uploaded. Such removal shall be completed promptly following receipt of the user's request.

Limitation of Liability

PubSent is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from your use of our services. We maintain no liability in any way for any damages resulting from use of any PubSent application or service

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our platform at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.

Modifications

We may revise these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States.
